Youth of Jekabpils against violence

Funding: Total funding of LVL 695.00, project support Jekabpils government ( LVL  500.00 )

The project aim: Informing young people of non-violent conflict resolution in a manner that raising young people’s psychological knowledge, develop their involvement in voluntary work and youth issues.Audience:

• Initiative group who participated in radio broadcasts, in the development of question for competition and gathering of responses (8 young people)
• radio listeners ( aprox. 35 000/m. ) and video watchers ( 5000 unique visitors )

Results:

• 3 radio shows + also filmed and all info published and maintained online here www.ceturtdiena.lv,
• organized competition for young people a non-violent conflict resolution,
• printed information materials and distributed among youth of jekabpils ( 100 pcs ),
• questioning of youth.
